Website operation and hosting
This website is operated with an external hosting provider. When the site is accessed, technically necessary server data is processed, in particular the IP address, the date and time of access, the page requested, the volume of data transferred and details about the browser and operating system. This data serves the secure and stable operation of the website.

Contact form
When you use the contact form, we process the details you enter: first name, last name, email address, phone number, the type of cleaning requested, postcode, town, an optional preferred date and an optional message, along with the time of the enquiry.
We use this data solely to handle your enquiry, prepare a quote and get in touch with you. The details are processed on the server and delivered by email to our business address support@cleanmary.ch. An external email delivery provider is used for this technical step.
The privacy consent in the form is not pre-selected; nothing is submitted until you actively confirm it.
Email communication and Google Workspace
Our business email runs on Google Workspace (Google Ireland Limited). Enquiries and correspondence are stored and processed there, which may involve servers inside and outside Switzerland.
Retention
We keep enquiries and the related correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and to meet any statutory retention obligations. The data is deleted afterwards. Specific retention periods will be added here.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use cookies for analytics, tracking or advertising. Neither Google Analytics nor other tracking services or advertising pixels are embedded.
External fonts
A typeface is loaded via Google Fonts (Google Ireland Limited) to display this website. Your IP address is transmitted to Google in the process.
