Question 1

Which cleaning services does Clean Mary offer in Zurich?

Accepted Answer

Clean Mary covers five areas: apartment cleaning for private households, office cleaning for companies, move-out cleaning when tenants change, window cleaning including frames, and specialist cleaning for anything that does not fit a standard category. Every job is discussed in advance so the scope suits your apartment or business premises. You can book a single visit or agree on a recurring service.

Question 2

Which areas does Clean Mary cover?

Accepted Answer

We work in the city of Zurich and the directly neighbouring municipalities in the canton of Zurich. Our office is at Erlenstrasse 19 in 8048 Zurich, so Zurich West, Altstetten, Oerlikon, Wiedikon and the lakeside districts are all close by. If you are unsure whether your address is covered, simply add your postcode and town to the enquiry and we will tell you honestly whether we can take the job.

Question 3

Can I book a one-off apartment clean?

Accepted Answer

Yes, a one-off apartment clean is always possible, for example as a deep clean before an event, after renovation work or simply when things need to be more thorough than usual. We agree beforehand which rooms are included and what matters most to you, such as the kitchen, bathroom or floors. That keeps the effort transparent and the clean suited to your home.

Question 4

Can I book Clean Mary on a regular basis?

Accepted Answer

Yes, many clients in Zurich have us clean weekly, fortnightly or monthly. The rhythm depends on the size of the apartment, the household and your everyday routine. With recurring visits the routine stays the same, so you know what is done each time and you can adjust the scope whenever you need to.

Question 5

Does Clean Mary clean offices?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we handle the regular cleaning of offices, practices and commercial premises in Zurich. That includes workstations, meeting rooms, reception, the kitchenette, sanitary facilities and floors. Cleaning takes place during or outside your business hours, whichever disrupts your operation least. Access, frequency and time slots are agreed in writing beforehand.

Question 6

Can I book a move-out clean?

Accepted Answer

Yes, move-out cleaning is one of our most frequent jobs in Zurich. A handover clean goes well beyond everyday cleaning: the kitchen including appliances, the bathroom with grouting and taps, the inside of cupboards, floors, skirting boards, doors and, on request, windows, balcony or cellar. We agree the exact scope before the appointment so the handover stays calm.

Question 7

Does Clean Mary offer window cleaning?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we clean windows in apartments, offices and commercial spaces, always including frames and sills. Glass doors and partitions are covered on request. For the quote, the number and size of the windows matter, as does how accessible they are from outside, since ground floors and upper storeys differ in effort. Window cleaning can be booked once or at regular intervals.

Question 8

What does Clean Mary mean by specialist cleaning?

Accepted Answer

Specialist cleaning covers jobs outside the standard: stubborn soiling, heavily used areas, unusual objects or situations that take considerably more effort. We look at those requests personally, because the effort cannot be estimated across the board. Describe the situation briefly, ideally with photos, and we will tell you openly whether and how we can take it on.

Question 9

What does a clean with Clean Mary cost?

Accepted Answer

We deliberately do not publish flat rates, because the effort depends heavily on the area, the condition and the type of cleaning. A small, regularly maintained apartment is not comparable to a move-out clean. You always receive an individual quote that states what is included. Details such as the number of rooms, the square metres and your preferred date help us get the estimate right.

Question 10

Can you take short-notice enquiries?

Accepted Answer

Short-notice appointments are possible depending on our workload, though timing matters especially for move-out and apartment cleans. If it is urgent, call us on +41 78 980 83 83 for the fastest binding answer. We will tell you honestly whether we can take the appointment rather than promise something that will not work.

Question 11

How does an enquiry with Clean Mary work?

Accepted Answer

You send the form with the type of cleaning, your postcode, town and preferred date. We review your details, come back with any questions or directly with a personal quote, and then confirm the appointment. On the agreed date we carry out the clean within the scope discussed. You have the same contact person throughout.

Question 12

How can I contact Clean Mary?

Accepted Answer

The easiest way is the contact form on this page, as it gives us all the relevant details at once. You can also email support@cleanmary.ch or call +41 78 980 83 83 and +41 78 238 38 88. Our address is Erlenstrasse 19, 8048 Zurich.
